ROTOR Engineering (Thailand) Co., Ltd. was established on 1 June 2010 in Thailand. The company began its business providing refrigeration and air-conditioning services for the petrochemical industry, serving major clients such as Thai Oil (TOP), Dow Chemical, PTT, and SCG.
In 2011, ROTOR expanded its services to both government and private sectors, covering rotating equipment overhauling, piping works, food-grade systems, carbon steel and alloy steel fabrication, PLC & automation, construction works, and turnkey systems.

Environmental protection is one of the most critical global concerns today. Therefore, all operations at Rotor place strong emphasis on environmental responsibility. • Conversion of refrigerants from R22, R12, R123, R407C, and R410A to environmentally friendly refrigerants with ODP = 0 and GWP < 800, such as R32, R452B, R454B, R454A, R454C, R455A, R516A, R1234ze/yf, R1233zd(E), R744 (CO₂), and R717 (NH₃).
• Application of PLCs and controllers to control compressor and motor operations in order to reduce energy consumption and improve efficiency.
• Integration of solar cell systems with motor systems and compressor drives to reduce electrical energy usage.
• Utilization of heat pump systems to enhance overall system performance and increase the Coefficient of Performance (COP).
• Use of natural gas–driven compressors instead of electric power, helping to reduce energy consumption and operating costs.
• Development of next-generation chilled water systems with advanced PLC control, delivering high efficiency across all operating conditions (both full load and part load).
• Safe use and replacement of environmentally friendly refrigerants, which have no adverse impact on the atmosphere, under the supervision of specially trained personnel.
• Adoption of magnetic oil-free chiller technology, providing significant energy savings and reducing maintenance requirements by eliminating the need for lubricating oil.
• Continuous product development to support the use of ozone-friendly refrigerants with ODP = 0 and GWP < 800, such as CO₂ refrigerant systems for refrigeration and air conditioning, as well as other environmentally friendly refrigerants.
